- CHUTE VENT 300 mm : For the flat roof with a cap on top to guard against rain and snow, it is kept 1.2 mtrs. Above the roof.
- CENTRIFUGAL FAN EXTRACTOR : It is mounted in the roof. It requires 220 v, 50/60 Hz, 100 Watts electric supply, to vent the chute inside and outside and to vent the collecting room too. It sucks all the bad odor from inside the chute duct.
- BIRD & INSECT SCREEN : The Bird & Insect Screen is used to avoid any living objects to fall inside the vent.
- DRAFT CONTROL MESH : It is used inside the chute vent to protect the exhauster from loose and flying particles.
- INSPECTION ACCESS DOOR : The Inspection Access Door is a 600 x 600 mm stainless steel
(Grade 304 ) door and is situated on the top most floor, kept above the Intake Garbage Chute door. It is useful for inspection of accessories and for refilling of disinfecting solution in the disinfectant unit. - STAINLESS STEEL CHUTE HEAD PLATE : The chute head plate is with all necessary connections and holes for the flushing spray head and air vent. The plate is also removed for maintenance reason of the chute system.
- AUTOMATIC FLUSHING SPRAY HEAD : It is used to clean the inside of the chute on every floor. It consists of the sprinkler type cleaning system fitted with a motor and very powerful cleaning spray heads on the top of the chute head plate and on the top of all intakes on each floor.
- AUTOMATIC NYLON BRUSHING DEVICE : This special device is designed to clean the chute tube over its full length. It comprises of a cylindrical sheet metal holder to which detachable very stiff nylon brushes are screwed. The brushing device is automatically lowered and returned to its original position by an electric motor thus cleaning the inside of the chute tube thoroughly.
- CHUTE TUBE: It is a 600 mm dia. Tube, fabricated from 1.5mm thick, Stainless Steel (Grade 304) sheets. It is completely coated from outside for its entire length with the sound dampening material.
- CHUTE SUPPORTING FRAME & CLAMP RINGS : These will be provided to support the chute tube at the slab openings accordingly.
- INTAKE THROAT : These are Stainless Steel (Grade 304) intake throats, designed to suit the bottom – hinged intake doors.
- 1 ½ HRS. FIRE RATED UL LISTED BOTTOM HINGED DOOR : These are 540 x 740 mm, Stainless Steel (Grade 304), noiseless, self sealing, self closing with door Interlocking device which operates One Door at a time & lock Cleaning and Maintenance time.
- OFFSET FOR CHUTE BOTTOM : With a diameter 600 mm fabricated from Stainless Steel to suit the site conditions.
Note : An additional reinforcement plate will be Provided inside the chute offset. - GLASS BLUB SPRINKLERS : These are used for fire protection inside the chute and will be kept on every floor.
Specifications: Glass bulb sprinkler R-1/2” connector thread type, SPR hanger type, actuating temperature 68-degree Celsius. SPR sprinklers can be used in conjunction with normal water supply. - DISINFECTANT & SANITIZING APPARATUS : This is fitted with a solenoid valve connected on the top of the chute head for cleaning the chute system, which mix with the flushing in the time of washing.
Note: Water supply pipe to the chute head and Connection by others. It is not included in our scope. - AUTOMATIC FIRE SHUTTER DOOR : Run-on smooth-running rollers fitted with a fusible solder link. In the event of a fire, the solder will melt at 71 degree Celsius thus releasing the door and closing the chute duct.
- GARBAGE TROLLEY : These are hot dipped galvanized, 2.5 Cu.M., municipality standard trolleys to DIN 30738 It is fitted with a locking and lifting device, suitable for the Municipality Trucks. It is also fitted with the drain plugs.
- GARBAGE TROLLEY : These are hot dipped galvanized, 1.1 Cu.M., municipality standard trolleys to DIN 30700 It is fitted with a locking and lifting device, suitable for the Municipality Trucks. It is also fitted with the drain plugs.
- MASTER CONTROL PANEL : The control panel is provided with Floor Monitoring necessary switches, relays, lights etc. for the control of the Chute System.
